    Hi all.

Basically I started becoming upset over my nose when I was around 10.

Last year I went abroad for a rhinoplasty as I couldn’t afford to get it done in the uk and could only borrow a certain amount from someone at the time.

Long story short – the result is my nose exactly the same looking and the issues I had with it, i.e the tip and wideness haven’t been touched on.

So without going on about how much I regret that and am upset about it, I just want to go to Dr Gonshnoir to fix it and get it done right how I wanted in the first place.

I have spoken to the place I had it done abroad and they said my after photos look like a ‘good result’ and it’s just ridiculous as it looks so bad.

I am quite sure what I need is an alar base reduction (which looks so sore) and my tip reduced. I live in Northern Ireland though so I don’t know how I am going to be able to get back and forth for all the consultations?

Also I have no money whatsoever so I am going to have to sort out some way of financing it. But has anyone here been in a similar situation or anyone gone to MYA from Belfast and how did that work out, is there any way of getting both initial consultation and the surgeon consultation at least in the same week so I’m not flying back and forth?

    Any advice/thoughts/help/anything is welcome,

    xo

Hi I travelled from the North to London’s Holborn clinic,It was roughly a 5 hour journey including the train changes and transport to and from the stations, the clinic and staff were fantastic, they arranged my initial consultation,my Surgeon consultation and my pre op appointments all in one day, when I had my operation I travelled back to London, stayed over 2 nights, then travelled back home, totally fine, the follow up appointments are at week one with a nurse for removal of stitches, and week 2 for cast off, then you will see your surgeon for review between 6 to 12 weeks, the PC will also discuss finance options with you at initial consultation, and all consultations are free.If you were flying Im not sure how this would affect your procedure on the journey home, this is something you would have to discuss with your PC.Xxx
