semi permanent lashes before ba?

i probably know the answer to this already buut are you allowed to have semi permanent eyelashes on when you’re operated on?

i’m assuming not but it would be nice to look a bit better with no make up on for the week after ba cos i’m assuming i won’t be able to lift my arms much! xx

Not allowed hun, as they can fall off and get into places they shouldn’t be. They also tape your eyes, so wouldn’t be nice with your false ones on xx

I just had to have my semis taken off ready for my op on Tuesday and I hate it I feel naked with out them xx

Yeah Im gutted aswell had my pre op today and the nurse told me I need to take them off ‘( love them and it’s agony getting them off lol xx

i’ve never had them before but i REALLY want them. i’m lazy and not having to do mascara in the morning sounds so good! ah well maybe after the op..

Hah I know what you mean I have very little lashes left lol resulted in putting sticks on everyday until the op xx

They are amazing seesaw once you have then you won’t be able to live with out them xx

I have naturally long lashes and I still use the semi ones, only to fill them out, I can’t live without them. Just be careful where you go, as inexperienced places can cause your lashes to fall out xx

Lucky you Joanna I wish I had long lashes I know what you mean I went to a lady one who glued my eyes together and I couldn’t see for 15mins and had glue half way up my lids! Do becareful ladies xx

I have been having semi-perm lashes don for the last 6 months… even though they my natural lashes were quite long and thick i wanted to try them to see how they look. They were on promotion on Groupon, £39 instead of £139 or something. So i went and had them done in nov last year and have been going back every 3-6 weeks for them to be re-done, Sooooo addictive!

Anyway, I had my BA on the 15th May; and i didnt use any make up except for a bit of eyeliner on the day. I didnt have my eyelashes taken off and no-one said anything about them in the hospital and as far as i know… my eyes were not taped shut! that would have been really scary, coming round with tape on my eyes 😯 xx
