sensitive nipples after op

im on day 15 po and my nipples started being proper sensitie about 4 days ago ive been puttin cotton wool pads in my bra lol how long does this feeling last for xx

i had to do that with the cotton wool and using soothing cream on them then sticking the cotton wool pads to the cream lol attractive!!

for about 2 weeks for me, mine are still soo sensitive tho! atleast they aint numb:) x

im 8days opst op and ive got one sensitive and one numb argghhhh hahahaha xx

The same! Left one is fully numb and right one I an fully feel! Hope the left one comes back! X

It can be permanent hun or it might go away. Ur surgeon would have told u about it, it just one of the risks you take when having a BA. Hope it settles down for you! xxx

Mine are really numb at the moment, feel very odd!

Holly Hotpants – I knew that they could remain permanently numb but never heard of them being permanently sensitive, did your Surgeon tell you that? bloody hope its not its so uncomfortable and I can’t wait to start using them properly again lol x

yes i heard about tjey could be permenantly numb mine arnt numb anymore but dint know the sensitive feeling could always be ther i hope not lol xx

Mine are still sensative and im nearly 3 months now and can last for up to a year for it to wear down im hoping anyway! xx

i’m 10 months post op and still at times have sensitive nipples, i suppose its part of the risks
