Sensitive

I had my boobs done back in August.. all of a sudden last month they’re really really sensitive, mainly the nipple literally to the point I can’t have anyone touch.. I’m definitely not pregnant have implant and have already taken a test just in case. I thought maybe time of the month but it’s been going on a while now. Anyone else experienced this? It’s annoying me now!
I’ve never had any issues until now.
