I am a 28 year old guy and looking to book my septorhinoplasty soon. I have a second consultation with Mr Gonschoir booked and have a ‘wish-list’ of what I would like from the op. I understand that he can’t promise anything but just wanted to know from your experiences whether what I want is realistic.
Basically I have a large nose which is slightly bent and with a large tip, so first it needs to be straightened out. Also, the hump needs to be shaved down a bit (there is no bump- but it needs to be made to slope a little bit), and the tip and nostrils reduced quite a bit. I just want the whole thing to look much smaller, and ‘neater’.
Do you guys who have experience with rhino think this sounds realisitc from a septorhinoplasty operation??
I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences.
