Serious pain, scared, help please

Ok so first of all I will let you know I am a worrier and always thinks of worst case scenarios, somehow I think that prepares me. Had my op last Friday, last night woke in the middle of night with severe stomach pains. Felt dizzy and light headed and was sweating. Sorta felt like I was gonna be sick and wondered maybe if I had a virus or food poisoning, but I haven’t been sick. Does anyone reckon this could be to do with my boobs or am I just worrying myself?

I came across really hot on day two and felt so faint and was gagging but I put it down to taking my anti biotics on an empty stomach. X

Yeah I think I’m just being really silly, the pain in my stomach is like cramps so I’m sure that can’t be anything to do with anything being wrong . My mum keeps telling me to stop but I can’t help myself hahah.

Aw poor you, hope you feel better soon! I had really bad stomach pains & heartburn due to all the antibiotics and tablets I had to take, especially if you take them on an empty stomach! As soon as I stopped taking them I was fine x

Thankfully I feel well enough boobie wise to not need the painkillers anymore, think I’m gonna try not take anymore and hopefully this passes 🙁 I do have a tendency to do that, since the op my appetite has gone x
