Serious Question…

When can i go on rollercoasters again?! il be 6 weeks post op on april the 3rd, would i be okay to go to thorpe park in may? xxx

i was told i couldnt at 6 weeks but im not sure sorry xx

i asked my pc and she said to not to. im now 10 weeks po and really wanna go xx

Omg i hope it’s not never…mind you…two of my friends have theirs done and they go on them….one when on like 3/4 months after having them done

no i dont think its never but from wat im aware of it is quite a while yea i do think it would be a good idea to ask them tho even you think it does sound silly haha better to be safe than sorry i guess haha xx

well i meet my surgeon again in just under 3 weeks, so i’ll ask her then probably. shes lovely im sure she wont mind xx

Aah I’m going to Alton towers in a couple of weeks but I’ll be nearly 6 months post op then, will I be ok? I’m sure this has been brought up before and it was fine x

I’ve done the sun alton towers offer and could be going as soon as end of April (will be at least 6 weeks po by then). Ive got my post op today, I shall ask the nurse and get back to you xx

I just spoke to the nurse at MYA Manchester and she said I will be fine, just be careful the bar doesn’t hurt my chest. I’m nearly 6 months post op by then and can sleep on my front no probs so will be fine! Yay xx

I went on a rollercoaster in Feb, 3 1/2 months post op. I was fine but it was a funny sensation having boobs going up and down. They also filled the space between the overhead bar which i thought was really funny.

Haha Bellebo I’m gonna make myself a great cleavage in the middle of the bars! Lol xx

Spoke to my nurse and she said definitely not before my 12 week check and should then double check with my surgeon xx

It sounds like you need to be a few months post op when you are back to doin normal things. Im back to doin normal everything now and the gym isn’t a problem and I can lie on my front with no issues so the nurse said I will be fine. Was so relieved, I didn’t even think about it when I booked my tickets, would have been gutted if I couldn’t go! Xx

I spoke to my PC yesterday to ask and she said same as swimming, gym ect.. 6 weeks from your op will double check with my surgeon at my 6 weeks po check up anyway though xx

I got my Alton towers tickets yesterday from the sun and I’ll be 9 weeks po. I’m gunna go for sure but may not go on certain rides. We’ll see how I feel on the day xx

I’ve been worrying about this!! We have done the sun Alton towers tickets, I haven’t got my date back yet but hope I will be far enough post op to go on something!! I’m only 10 po now! X

Is anyone going on 29th march? Xx
