Seroma?

Just got back from my 2 week post op app and nurse has given me the ok to shower oo how I can’t wait to go in the shower on the down side she’s emailed me mournr my pics of my right boob and she thinks I might have a seroma coming as it’s swelled up to again and giving me a bit of pain my surgeon was mr traynor but he’s on hol anyone give me any advise on what will happen if I do have a seroma and what the do to correct this xxx
