Sex after BA.. Sorry girls lol

When did people find it was ok and comfortable enough to have sex after BA? My nurse said it’s classed as exercise and therefore you should wait a while because of getting your heart rate going and blood flowing too much.
Bleurgh to that! This girl has needs lol!!
Also what about letting your partner touch them?? Sorry for all the squeamish lot out there I just had to ask lol x

I’ve had sex a few times Lenna, as much as it wasn’t like before, I couldn’t wait. I just kept my bra on and tried to position myself at an angle. I’d say just take it easy and try not get jiggle them too much, my other half loved the new additions too! Xxx
