iv had my note pack ready for op and there is a little section saying to refrain from stenuous exercise for 6 weeks .. (including sexual) .. depends on what u class as strenuous .. x

Don’t want to spoil your fun ladies but if you are serious about looking after these boobie sex is exercise,if you raise your heart rate too early post op it could lead to complications in the breast.xxx

my friend who had a ba and had a cc and a reop said the same with exercise, if you take your heart rate up etc it can affect the tiny blood vessels in your breasts etc.

I personally couldn’t even think of having sex for about a month, maybe more, but everyone’s different. x

My hubby went away for 3 weeks when I was 5 days Post Op, worked out quite well.He said it was like having a great sports car on the drive but you cant drive it lol. Im 11 days post op and he is home in 2 weeks cant wait to see him and for him to see my boobies

i had sex quickly after my op, around 4 days i think, i held on to my new boobs like there was no tomorrow, it was only a quickie, but enough to satisfy needs, was around two weeks before i had anything worth moaning over xx
