sharp pain!

Just wanted to know if this has happened with anyone else, i tried to lay down last night, and i felt a tingling sharp pain in my right boob and alot of pressure then suddebly my boobs felt really soft! I was so worried it has ruputured..havent had anymore pains since..just dont know what to do ?? X
