Sharp pain- need advice please.

I had a BA last feb,
I had sutures that were taken out 2 weeks after op.
However on my right side the nurse struggled to get it out. She advised me she’d spoken to my surgeon and that it wouldn’t be harmful to leave it.
11 months on the suture is still in my skin, you can see it underneath the skin, like a vein.
The scar itself has healed nicely but I’ve noticed over the last few weeks when I wear a bra it’s sore and the last week it’s got worse and I have sharp pains.
Do you think it’s related? Has anyone ever had this??

Hi Hun I say it sounds like more nerve pain than down to your suture altho wearing a bra shouldn’t hurt you this far on maybe contact the nurse and get her to have a look Hun xxx
