Shit ….. I think I did to much …. Help please x

Hi girls basically I had my ba yesterday 410s overs have been feeling brand new really not in much a bit tight that’s about it but I think I have taken advantage been taking little Walks here and there not lifting me thing really but just I think to much general movement and now I’m in a bit of pain although not huge and I have only taken 1 painkiller today I dnt wanna mess ne thing up… Do u think I will be ok ??? Xxx

Babe, You really have to remember you have had surgery! Your body is going to be in shock and needs to rest.

A short walk will be OK… but that is it! Rest up girl… make the most of it!

Thanks cherry I’m sitting here pranging outta my brains no more walks today in less I’m on the verge of peeing myself. Lol…, I thinks it’s half cos I’m still in denial I literally have been the calmest person u have ever met about this and it’s soo out of nature for me I’m the biggest worrier ever as u can tell now lol… But im compleatly taking ur advise thank u bbe xxxx

But it was a big shock for your body and we all react differently. I was in a LOT of discomfort after the surgery, so there wasnt a chance I was going anywhere for over a week! lol

DCT,take it easy and take ur painkillers hon! As well as controlling the discomfort,they also reduce swelling which takes pressure off your wounds and helps them heal quicker. Also the anaesthetic drugs are wearing out of your system now so ur gonna get a bit more discomfort next few days (this has been the worst for me today-day 3 and I know other girls have said that too) but as long as u take ur meds it’s all under control…hopefully! xx
