shock absorber bra??

Hi girls, anyone got shock absorber bra after op?I have been recomended one from M&S with zip in front and also shock absorber,but dont know where to get it.Or any other good ones?Thank you. x

Iv got one shock absorber from debenhams £30 but if u have a norm backside like 34 then there in sale for £15 … I’m not sure on it as not zip it’s. 34 e but gonna get a second m and a zip bra some of the girls on here have recommended 🙂 getting that in 34f then I have backup. 🙂

had my pre- op yday and nurse told me to avoid getting shock absorber as they are tight fitting x

I wear shock absorbers and find them really comfortable. Was reccommended by surgeon and nurse.
Abbey-just goes to show how opinions differ between the nurses so just go with whats most comfy for you.

I had a shock absorber just for the gym from last year, forgot about it, bought 2 new m&s sports bras for after my op then found the shock absorber in my drawer. I’ve worn it all day today cos my other 2 were in the wash and my backs been killing me this evening, I’m sure it’s the shock absorber. Gonna stick to the m&s ones from now on. I got a pack of 2 in a box, 1 black and 1 white for 20 odd quid, they’re not zip up though just normal but they’re really comfy.

i wore shock absorbers right after my op , and still sleep in mine at the minute im 7 and half weeks post op find them so so comfy 🙂 xx
