Should be feeling excited but now I just feel confused and upset?

Just had another consultation with my surgeon and felt really confident with him before I went back and explained that I’d much prefer round implants he didn’t seem happy about this and stated “so you want the round augmented look and for everyone to know you’ve had the procedure?” As if it was a terrible thing to which I replied yes..he then said 265grms and wasn’t gunna let me try the sizers until I asked I’ve payed and came home feeling awful and unsure! Is 265grms the same as 265 cc when I’ve looked at the diameter and projection it is 11cm and 4.5cm projection if that helps! I should be excited but I feel the complete opposite now X

This can be confusing if you are not used to metrics, but 1cc (cubic centimeter) is the same as 1ml (milliliter) and both weigh 1 gram. Breast implants are measured in volume (cc), but since these are metric measurements, 265cc = 265grams.

I don’t think that’s anyway to be spoken to I would be upset too.more to the point he wouldn’t let you use sizers until you had paid. Seems all about the sell! (Hence why I didn’t go with mya) try another surgeon babe if you don’t feel happy.xx

He may have not meant it crudely. A lot of girls do go in and request the ‘augmented’ look. They openly tell the surgeon they want the fake look and maybe your surgeon just thought that was the look you’re going for. When girls go in for consultations they ask for either a totally natural look or a rather fake look. Although 265cc seems like it wouldn’t really give a round and fake at all anyway so he is exaggerating. It all depends on your height and weight at the end of the day. Any particular cc’s is equivalent to the same amount in grams so 400cc = 400g etc xx

Thanks girls you’ve all made me feel better! Think this particular surgeon prefers a more natural look and I’ve a feeling this is his preference I’m not necessarily after a fake look I just like the shape and after all I’m the one paying! Thanks for your help xxx
