Should i ask for bigger implants!!!

Hi everyone

Ive just had my consultation for my second ba last week and the surgeon said i could have 525cc i was so shocked but he didnt hesitate over the size and i didnt even tell him i wanted to go massive
i was a 32a before i had my 1st ba now a 32/34c
im only 5ft1 and weigh 8 stone 2
can anyone advise me on what size i will go up to with 525cc and if anyones had bigger implants what size they are..
thee surgeon said i will go up to a 32/dd/e cup with 525cc
