Hello, got the date for my pre-OP in s couple weeks and procedure next monty and it’s all starting to feel very real now. When I saw Dr Mileto for my consultation he advised not going too big because of my small frame. I’m 4ft 11, 8 stone and a size 6-10 (depends on the store lol!) I’m already a 32D but I’m wanting better volume and cleavage as they’re a bit deflated after some weight loss. I said I wanted to go up to a 32DDD/32E and he noted that he would order me 250 and 275cc implants, over muscle, high profile. This didn’t mean a great deal to me at the time as I was just excited to be finally going through with this but going over the forums on here I see a lot of women saying they wish they’d gone bigger or that they’re glad they went bigger- especially as end results aren’t always as bit as what you were going for… so now I’m not sure. I feel like I should take the surgeons advice as he is the expert but for the kind of money I’m spending I also want to be able to notice the results if that makes sense 🙂

Hi Chloe, Dr Mileto said the same to me (although I am starting smaller). He said he wouldn’t want to go more than 300cc for me for fear of stretch marks.
I had been looking at everyone’s varied results on here but as he has done so many procedures and seen so many cases before, so I asked him to show me examples of his work that he would most liken to mine. He showed me a number of before & afters that looked very similar to me now, and also how he predicts I will be after, with the same implants!
I found this very encouraging and reassuring, as I can’t imagine them turning out much different to what he has shown me. Everyone’s body is so different and seeing pictures on here may not be an accurate representation in your mind, and Dr Mileto should definitely be able to show you a similar case so you can ensure you will get what you want. And if it’s not, make him go bigger! Hope this helps xx

    Thanks Ruby 🙂

What size were you pre-op if you don’t mind me asking? I think I’m just nervous because as you say pictures always show different representations, especially on different sized people so a 275cc might be small for someone with an A cup but bigger for someone my size? I might ask about a 300 and see what he says. I obviously want them to look good and not have stretchmarks etc. but also wanting to wake up like wahoooo haha

A lot smaller than you! Last time I was measured I was 30B, but there is no way I’m above an A now as they fluctuated as I have grown up. I have a small frame and have narrow shoulders, so for me I couldn’t go to a big size anyway. With the 300 Dr Mileto told me that he is pretty sure I won’t be measured any less than a D due to my small back size. He showed me some girls around my size that had 275 and they looked amazing! Definitely ask him for multiple pictures of his work that are comparable to your case rather just than making decisions based on here, because he has seen them all in the flesh while these are just pictures xx

smaller back sizes eg 30 , 32 band girls your boobs will look bigger and stick out more (high profile) compared to if you were 34/36 band. overs dont lose cc’s as they do with going under the muscle. a lot of youtube vids i wath say ‘go with the biggest size the surgeon will offer you’ so would agree with that for sure xx
