Should I be massaging my new boobs??

Hi, had my op last Wednesday, feeling lots better now, at first didn’t like to even look at my boobs as they looked a bit of an odd shape! Just wondered I keep hearing people talk about having to massage their boobs after surgery to help the implant settle in but have not been advised to do this… can anyone help?
