Should i be wearing a bra? 5 days post op?

I had Mr Adamo and he sed i dont need to wear a bra, but i feel really uncomfortable and heavy without one, shud i be wearing one for support or is it better to just not wear one like he sed? x

There’s no harm in wearing a sports bra if you feel you would like a little more support

Every surgeon gives different advice but do what feels best for your body

I wore mine when I walked outside sometimes to bed when they felt heavy.

I also had Mr Adamo and only wore it occasionally as stated for the first week.

Now I get out of the house have to wear one as they bounce!

sometimes my macom feels quite tight and makes them hurt more so just bought a soft supportive bra- uploaded to my pictures.xx
