should i be wearing my sports bra at night?

I’m 6 weeks post op and was wondering should i wear my sports bra at night to keep them in place? When i lay down they go under my armpits quite a bit. Will the sports bra help them from sagging or shall i just let them breath? xx

im not 100% sure but id wear it at nite if i was u,thats wot im gunna do xx

I think it’s advisable to wear it at night for as long as you can, I plan to wear mine every night if i can to preserve all the good work xxx

i wear mine most nights, depends really though sometimes i wear a normal bra, support vest or a sports bra, i think its a personal preference, but if you do wear one they more likely to stay pert for longer xx
