Should I have gone with the Hospital Group??

I have my op booked in two weeks today! Don’t ask me where booked on friday but not told assume it’s Rochdale!? Have paid £900 but no one has called me for payment?! No confimation in the post or email of my booking, OK yes I should phone but I cancelled with the hospital group after they seemed to be on the ball with communication and now I’m seriously wondering have I made the right choice!!

I was in the same boat had no idea my final payment was due until talking to a girl who’s the same day as me. I rang them they’d also made a mistake on payments etc. Told them I wasn’t happy n got it sorted in 2hours. Just ring them! They aren’t good with communication but I going an apologetic email this morning!! Hope this helps. They sorted it soon as I phoned tho xx

they don’t contact you – it is on your paperwork when payment is due before your op. xx

That’s just it … I have NO paperwork!!! X

Girls, I must say I am amazed at how the serice of MYA varies across the board. I never had any problems what so ever in terms of knowing about payments/dates/appointments etc. Its ashame that there are obviously some areas that are servicing clients better than others!?

Hopefully the MYA moderator will pick up on this. Afterall, we all pay for the same service. xx

Hospital Group is no better hun, l had bad service from them myself. xxx

I had the same problem, had to phone for paperwork / any details etc x

I’ve not had any problems either, seems some of their PCs may need training up? Annemarie in Birmingham has been great with me x
