should i wear a sports bra or breast band???????????

i am 4 days post op,mr alvi told me to wear a breast band he gave me it goes round the top of ur boobs an pushes them dwn its so uncomfy, i wanna take it off an wear a sports bra has any one else had this breast band??? any 1 who is due to have alvi will get told to wear one!!!!!!!!! wat shall i do wear it or wear sports bra lol ,why is it so differnt for other consultants they all shd say the same thing its sooooooo confusing x
