shower time : D

Had my post-op appointment today and nurse said i was healing well : ) soooooo i can have a shower which i am very happy about but i was just wondering if im ok to lift my arms up to wash my hair as i forgot to ask her this??xxx

i think you should be fine hun just dont strain yourself too much, i was told at my 7 day post op i could have a bath which was great!! had no probs washing my hair. xx

Ive been having shallow baths but not showers missed them sooooooo much coz there all i ever have!!xxx
