Am scared to av shower with nothin iover scars x

You’ll be ok after 7 days hun. My nurse also told me to take off the strips then have a shower with very mild soap, and to avoid the scar area. Water running over them should be fine xx

They will change don’t worry. Mine took about 5 weeks till i started to notice a real difference in shape. But once they changed shape they also started softening up and I could finally try them out in tops and bras. You have it all to look forward to so don’t worry hun xx

You’re scars are part of you Emzzy so don’t be afraid of them. Just treat them with care.

Simple soap is great for scars. Nothing perfumed, you don’t want to irritate it.

You can even bathe your scars in salt water afterwards to clean away an excess soap

You can use baby soap/ shampoo, any of the femfresh range. Just be careful when showering that you don’t lift your arms up to wash your hair.. get the boyfriend to do it xx

The brand “simple” soap is what I used. It doesn’t have any additivey things. Y’know. The bad stuff. Lol. I sound a bit simple too.

Oh they won’t hurt. In the shower they’ll soften and peel off really easily.

My nurse took mine off dry and it didn’t hurt at all.

You’ll be ok, just make sure they’re really soaked in water and try sliding it off rather than peeling.

You’re supposed to keep it on as the weight of your new boobies will put a lot of strain on the muscle otherwise. Personally i had mine off for 20 mins now and then xx
