Since having various phone calls with MYA whether it be clinics, finance or general enquires i have been told completely different things by each person. I was told they wouldnt give me finance 0% apr at all and i had said i had spoken to somebody that had said they could have it. I was then told i could have it over 10 months and then having spoken to finance its an APR of 15% and wont get 0% at all, not even over 10 months
Secondly having spoken to a person on the only website yesterday i was told Mr Traynor does consultations in Birmingham, having rang the Birmingham clinic to book to see him im now be told he doesnt!
I was intitally told I would qualify for finance with a part time job with mum as a guarentor and it would still come out of my name my mum was simply for a back up. Top now be told this wasnt the case it wouldnt come out of my name at all and it would be all under my mum. FInance were supposed ot call me back yesterday and i heard nothing and got a call today from a lady i dont think was particularly nice at all very snappy, direct to the point and robot like ,although i wouldnt go as far as saying rude.
To be honest MYA there has been a few stories on here recently about your several problems with issues before surgery, PC’s being impossible to get hold of and now im having problems before i even put my deposit down! I have been completely put off using you altogether. How an earth am i supposed to do my research and have my consultations and find out about finance and funnding when im being told different information by every person i meet. Whether its poor communcation, lack of knowledge or general uselessness i dont know but im fed up with it all.
Im sick of having my hopes built up that i can see a surgeon, sort finance and it all feel like im getting somewhere instead now im being hit in the face by a brick wall. Great one!
