Please can someone help me, I have all of a sudden come over very sick and dizzy my fella has just got home. He’s doing all he can to help me but not sure what to do with my self any tips or advice xxxx
Call the 24 hour line babe and try and get your hands on some anti sickness tablets, lay down on the sofa with your back propped up and take one of your feet and put in on the floor, it helps me not feel dizzy and if you get hot open the window and have him waft you a bit x
Two days after was the worst for sickness. I felt like I was gonna pass out so slept it off and felt a bit better but no was completely drained that day and could barely open my eyes. Make sure you’re having snacks and fluids it will ease I promise.xx
Thanks so much babe, think my mother in law has got some anti sickness I’ll able to get my hands on. It was such a horrible feeling. It was like the moment I had first come round all over again
The co codamol made me feel really sick so stopped taking them and moved to just ibuprofen. Drink lots of fluids too! Hope you’re okay and feel better soon 🙂 xx
Thanks Sally, maybe walking the dog after all was to much, looks like I’m gonna have to rest more than I thought. Mya have rang me twice today tho and fled fine then this happens xxx
Thanks Olivia that’s what I’m gonna have to do it’s just hit me like a tonne of bricks. But I know it will all be worth it. Thank you for all the support on here girls. Xxx
It will get better and you’ll forget all about the pain/sickness and you’ll be loving your new boobs before you know it 🙂 it’s definitely worth it even though it probably doesn’t seem it right now! You just need to rest as much as possible xx
Just take it easy, if you think it might be risky chances are it is just stay still as much as poss, my nurse said I might feel able to do something but you also don’t know the damage it may do to your scars even though you aren’t in pain so just chill as much as and get some anti sickness tablets down ya x
