Signature Macom or I bra?

Hello ladies, I am due to have 400/425 high profile partials next week from a 32b. Can anyone suggest which Macom would be best for this size? Thanks in advance x

I was wondering this too as im getting 450 cc hopefully. On a post last week someone said that their nurse said the ibra is for implant sizes 400 cc and above but I still think I’m gunna get the signature bra xx

Hi. I have the signature macom bra and had 325cc hp unders 5 wks ago. I find the macom very comfy but think it wouldn’t fit me if I went bigger,they say the bra works with the swelling and shrinks when our boobs drop n fluff. But as I said I’m 5wks & it’s still quite tight on me now.X

So both Macoms arrived today. I ordered small as I usually wear a 32 back. They are quite loose around the band particularly the I bra. Should they be tight pre op or is it good that they are loose so that there is room for swelling? Thanks girls

I was curious about this too …. Haven’t ordered mine yet but will defiantly be interesting to see which ones you prefer x

I spoke with the nurse today and she said they should be tight to the skin pre op to ensure they are really supportive post op. Have ordered the same again in and xs :/ I’ll let you know which the nurse thinks is better on Tuesday after my op. X

I’m glad you posted again 🙂 it’s helpful, I actually ordered the i bra a few days ago so think it will be here mon/tue. Il have to see whether it’s too loose or not and if so order a smaller size xxx

Hey hope this isn’t too late for anyone but they fitted me with the small Macom after my op. The xs wouldn’t do up!! X
