signs of infection? :S

hi just wondeering if any1 cud tell me the signs of infection plzz im 5 days post op and i have no discharge but keep going hot them cold and keep getting a sharp ppain in my right incision.. i have stopped taking my painkillers and am just taking paracetomol and i have 1 antibiotic 2 take… cud any1 help plz xxx

hi hunni i bn getting same and like contraction feelings, i spoke to nurse yest and she said it was normal, ive bn feeling really sick too and im 6days po…if your still worried tho babe call your nurse so she can put your mind at rest xx

its horrible i thought i wud feel a lot better by 2day i rang nurse just waiting 4 her 2 ring back, so hopefully she will ring me back soon… the last thing i want it a infection :S n i hate the constant feeling sick!! i just want 2 cry im having a crap day xx
