silicone or saline implants???

Ladies what do you think is better? silicone or saline implants??? Give your opinion

they dont really use saline hun, if they rupture the saline goes into your body and tis not good for you to say the least. mya only use silicone as do most companies.

I thought that before my consultation aswell, I think it’s in america they use saline alot. I heard it was alot cheaper than silicone & thought I was going to have to go with saline, so was very pleased to find out they use silicone in uk & all are about the same price! The saline is supposed to feel really unatural & make a plopping noise when you walk!! ha ha, I don’t know how true that is though! xx
