Silicone sheets when did you start? I'm 3 weeks PO

Hey ladies I wanted to know when do you normally start with the silicone sheets? I’m 3 weeks PO and what to use them ASAP to try and minimise the appreance of my scars!

after your six week check hun, the surgeon will give you the all clear to start using products on the scars xx

hey hun i started using mine at 3 weeks although i was told t wait till 6 weeks as i seen loads of girls on here use them from week one, now week 7 my scars look better than my friends 7 month scars xxx

Heather you cut strips and they stick on over your incisions and are reusable for a month. you wear them as much as possible I started last night and only take the off to wash!! I’ve heard a lot of ladies have good results!
