Silicone strips?? HELP!!

Hi Girls, Im 6 weeks post op and ive been told now is the best time to start using the silicone strips. Any ideas which ones are the best and has anyone used the gel or cream to help the scars fade??

i bought mine on ebay for £15.70 including delivery ill be 7 weeks on tue n see nurse on wed to get the all clear so ill start wearing mine then xx

i want a bible haha they make ur scars look better, get rid of the redness n if u have lumpy ones. generally just helps them to heal better xx
