    how long after op can you lift arms to put on a top??

    i was day 5 but i mainly wore vests tops anyway as even though i could put em on i didnt wanna incase i did damage lol but i wore vests from day 1 there much easier to put on x

    I’ve been able to put them on since the day of having it done but was hard to get em back off lol xx

    day 2 for me i wore vests too as they are stretchy :)
