Similar stats?? 5ft4 9st2 34A – 350cc?

Looking for people with similar stats to me – I have been recommended 350cc dual plane Ultra high profile.. originally the surgeon said just high profile then changed his mind. Ultra high sounds a lot more so I’m worrying and not sure which option to go with? I really don’t want it to look too fake..

If anyone has before and after pics from 34A or similar that would be amazing?!
