Hi girls, I am having my breast op a week tomorrow (so soon!!) and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I am 5ft 4, 8 st 2/3 and quite a petite sporty figure. At the minute, I wear a 34A and have been instructed by my surgeon to go for dual plane (under muscle mostly) round moderate implants, 260cc on my right and 290cc on my left. I have been told this will take me up to a 34D which, if I am being honest, I don’t think I want. I would prefer a full C. My surgeon has requested we have a 230cc and 260cc there on the day just incase and was wondering if any of you great girls had similar sizing to mine and have any photos?

    Thanks!! Emma xx

Hi Emma, I was a 32 A (less than A cup actually). I’m 5.4ft weigh 7.5st and am size 6 so quite petite. I had 250cc on Saturday as I wanted a modest increase in size. I didn’t want a hugely noticeable increase. My surgeon said that 250cc should take me up two cup sizes to full B. It doesn’t sound like a huge increase but even though my boobs are currently strapped up they look really proportionate to my frame xx

Thanks Jackki. I am worried incase I am going through all this effort, then i go a smaller size and feel like they are not big enough 🙁 xx

I was also worried that they weren’t going to be big enough. I wasn’t offered any other size as I just didn’t have the room under my tiny boobs! My surgeon said I would have a high risk if rippling as I’m quite sporty too so have very low body fat and as I’m assymetrical going bigger would exaggerate this even more. My assymetry didn’t warrant different size implants, it’s mainly that one nipple is higher than the other. Everyone does talk about boob greed and I definitely thought I would regret having it done just to have a modest increase but what I have now is 100 times better than what I had before. Plus, I think my preferred taste personally is proportionate boobs, I don’t like the fake look and I like to wear cute little tops without a huge pair hanging out lol, but that’s just my preference. I don’t think the sizes your surgeon has offered are that huge and don’t think they’ll look too disproportionate on your frame. I had to shake myself a couple of times as cup size is actually just relative to the person. A D cup on you may look totally different to how it would look on others. Don’t get too hung up on cup size and maybe ask to try on the sizers again to determine which ones suit your frame xx

Go for the bigger size, there is hardly anything between them and I doubt very much once they are there u will wish u went for smaller size, getting the smaller and then wishing us gone bigger ud feel gutted and kick urself. A d only sounds so big to us girls who never had boobs but once they on your body, it’s completely different, good luck x
