Size advice please x

Hi everyone,

Just been for my consultation with Helena. She’s recommended size 290cc and 310cc (one boob is a bit bigger than the other) and said that will take me from an empty 36b to a large c / small d, ad I told her I want to be natural and not too big. How dies that sound? Pretty much everyone in here has bigger implants than that, I just don’t want to still end up with small boobs after the op!

Any advice much welcomed ladies xxx

claire, don’t worry to much about size.

If you’ve described to Helena the natural look your going for, that’s what she’ll give you.

Bigger isn’t always necessarily better. For example. I had 410’s. I’m a curvy 12 and have a bit of “room” to hold the 410. If your a tiny wee 8 some surgeons might advised against such a size because it simply won’t fit in the “pocket”.

Personally, for the natural look. 290cc and 310cc actually sound like a great size. I think we’re maybe swayed a little when we see all the 460’s and 525’s. I originally thought I wanted 525cc but was advised against.

Helena is fab – she knows her stuff and definately favours the natural look! She wouldn’t offer you anything she thought you would be unhappy with…she gave me 320 unders with an uplift which is relatively small compared to some on here but I told her i wanted to be a D/DD and she got it spot on (i measure a FF but only look a DD and that was in La Senza, you always measure bigger in there) xx

helena is really nice, only thing that i keep thinking about tho is she told me i have 1 boob slightly fuller then the other but she wudnt put 2 different sizes in cause its not really noticable..but she noticed it! dont want it to become really obvious afterwards x

She has a trained eye laura so is more likely to notice it than anyone else – its her job! She noticed straight away that my left one was bigger than my right and gave me the option of different sizes or having the left one trimmed to match the right when she did the uplift and the same size implants! xx

alrite i mean i kno every1 has 1 slightly bigger but since she said it ive noticed a bit more, and some say you notice things more when ther bigger!aslong as i dont have lil kids in supermarkets asking ther mum “why that lady has different boobies” il be fine lol x

lol….i’m sure its not as noticable as you think hun! I know what you mean though, when someone points something out however slight it does make you paranoid! Try not to worry about it too much, helena wouldn’t do anything to make you look stupid, i don’t think any surgeon would for that matter xx

Hi, i also been to see helena today and she has offered me 290cc unders from a 34b she said this will make me c/d.

is unders more painful than overs???

also i have gone for the low profile rather than the high profile, does anyone have any pros and cons for high and low profiles??

Jo, I’m also a size 12 – that’s what concerns me as size 8s tend to get the smaller sizes like 290 etc and size 10/12/14 tend to be at getting around 340 and above.

Kirsty I think mine are also low profile but having overs xx

I’m a size 12 too claire but regardless of your body frame no surgeon will give you anything that won’t suit you…be clear on the size you want to achieve and you will be fine i’m sure xx

I’m really annoyed, when i went to see my surgeon (Dr C) he offered me 260 or 300, there was no mention whatsoever of any variants in implant type or size. And, what’s even more annoying is when i emailed my PC 5 days after my surgeon consultation that i couldn’t decide between 260 or 300 that if there was anything in between and she rather rudely wrote back back that no there was no inbetween! I think to this day that 260 are a bit small for me and I should have gone 300
