size?? and advise

helllo, i just want to ask advise from all of you who have had a boob job, am thinking of having this done however iam a size 8/10 in a 32c i want to go a little bigger but not so it looks to fake, what sizes would you advise?? also do you have to get them re-done after so many years?.

i have had a look at some before and after pics on other sites and on the after pics they look odd am just worried as this puts me off has anyone felt like this or had this problem??

any advise would be great .

some boobs do look odd at first as it take up to year for them to 100% settle!! some girls get pointy nipples when their implants are first placed in, i didnt get this though, mine just looked really hard and flat.

i asked my surgeon if you have to get them done after 10 years and he said they are in for a life time!! and ppl only have them re done just to change the size!! or if they change shape (from gaining weight, preg etc) i also had uplift aswell at the same time, as ive had 2 kids so they were very saggy.
i had mine done in September last year, my scars are still fading though as i had t have my nipple re-postioned and lifted. Would you like me to email you my pics?? X
