Yep spot on Caroline. The natrelle (inspira) come in 2 types which are soft touch and responsive (responsive are softher weirdly), and they are also supposed to reduce risk of capsular contraction and rippling (soft touch more so as they aren’t soft if that makes ssense?!) – and with MYA if the implants do rupture they replace for free and pay £700 towards the op. Other difference is that the natrelle are FDA approved and CUI’s aren’t but that’s an American thing and seems to be due to lack of testing out there, they are totally checked and approved over here.
The sizes are different too if you’ve seen the catalogues, the natrelle come in extra high projection
The soft touch are £461 more and I think the responsive about £300 more
(I have spent weeks scrutinising the differences, got my soft touch on order yesterday for next weeek!)
