size dilema for tiny 34A!

hi guys just after some advice please. I’m booked in for my breast enlargement surgery for 21st of this month. I’m totally unsure of what size implants to have though! i am currently slightly smaller than a 34A and really just want to look like i have breasts, really don’t want big ones. Problem I have is I wanted the 300cc high profile implants. However my surgeon, mr Kazzazi, has strongly advised I go for the 340cc as he said I have a very wide breast bone and the smaller might look a little pointy rather than full. I don’t want pointy boobs but having lived with my tiny tiny breasts for 31 years, a full c cup seems enormous to me! I know a c cup is a perfectly normal size and not what you’d call busty but I’m just scared of such a big change. He told me if i went for the smaller, i would most likely wish I’d taken the plunge and gone for the 340cc as a lot of women have done the same. He also said as I have broad shoulder, the 340 would suit my frame much better. He’s ordered both sets for me but I’m just so unsure what to do. Has anyone else had this dilema? If so what did you do and how did you feel? If not, what would you recommend? Thanks so much in advance xxx

I would reccomened you listen to your surgeon he has probably done hundreds of BAs so will know whats best. nd there are girls ive have spoken on here that have opted for the smaller size and wish they had gone bigger some even hate there boobs now because of it. You’ve gotta do what you feel is best for you tho chick but listen to your surgeon he knows what hes talking about he wouldnt tell you to go for bigger if he didnt think it would be tye best option for you. I agree totally with reg7,your surgeon knows best,he is the expert,it is in his best interest to give you the best results,based on your stats.Lots of members feel confused when choosing the sizes,but the final decision is yours.good luck,keep us updated.xxx

You could always look at the inspira implants which are generally wider with less projection and come in 4 different projections rather than the 2 for the cui’s. I was originally offered 300 and wasnt sure whether to go up to 340 and in the end I saw another suheon and took pics in to show what I wanted rather than try and explain and worry I hadn’t explained properly. I ended up having 400 soft touch extra high profile and I was terrified I’d be too big! Had them 2 days ago and they aren’t as big as I thought they would be, so am happy. If you’re not sure maybe you could get a second opinion, take pics with you, and see what implant would get you to that size, it’s a tough decision when you are having to decide yourself. hey Kelly, im having mr Kazzazi on 21st too!! you at Park hill?? im a 36a and im having 340 high profile. he said it’s the biggest he could give. although im having unders he said there is a chance of rippling due to my borken breast tissue from breast feeding. xx

Hi Charlottepink – what is broken breast tissue and how do you know if you have it? I only breastfed my little boy for a week and due to a variety of issues had to stop so not sure if mine would be broken or not but as I’m having overs and have virtually nothing there, 32a I often worry about rippling……that’s why I’m having soft touch as well xx

i breast fed both my children…one for 2 weeks the other for 9 months. The surgeon would of said if you had broken tissue. My right boob has always felt quite lumpy and he said its where the tissue has started to break up from being stretched, shrunk, stretched and shrunk and then weight loss… the tissue pulled away and you get flicks of scar tissue etc. He basically said “yes, i see baby ruin booby” pmsl. i did chuckle when he said that. I’ve always said “the kids ruins my boobs” (lol) and people say “aawww, they look fine”… which i know is lies lol.

so, it was good to hear the professional have a poke around and confirm. My breast tissue has detatched from the wall and sits in the flappy pocket of skin i have, so look like cows udders when bent over LOL. i have some pre-op pics up hun.x

Thanks for info hun, mine have always felt quite lumpy even before having a baby they just feel the same to me but as he didn’t mention it maybe its ok. Your comment re cows udders made me laugh, that’s exactly what I call mine when I’m beant over but I just always assumed thats because I have hardly anything there!?! k hun… lol at cow udders. yeah, well we have a mirror on our wall next to bath and when ever im running a bath, they catch my eye and make me cringe. after next week that mirror will no longer bother me! LOL

haha know exactly what you mean!! just looked at your pics hun and noticed your comment re bent spine, I also have Scoliosis, my left boob hangs lower than my right as a result and hip/shoulders everythings out of line lol. Dr Adamo said that the bigger I go the more noticeable this may be? I bet you’re so excited re next week, I’ve still got 11 weeks to go! ;-( xxx

omg, i remember when mine was 11 weeks! yes, im expected to have 1 wild boob too lol. but, at least i can wear a normal bra. I’m not too bothered about the bent spine thing LOL… he did say i had scolosis when i went there… so, that was a suprise. i hadn’t noticed my boob before that. just always knew they looked grosse! ha ha.

well, you can check out my pics when i had dome next week… if it hangs too low, you’ll have time to back out hehehe.xx

aw thanks everyone, I know I should listen to the expert, it’s just I teach in a secondary school and didn’t want it to be ridiculously obvious! Princess, he has already ordered the implants i think, one set of 300 and one set of 340 Charlotte can’t believe we’re in on the same day! I hope he does us separate and not one for you, one for me, hehehe!!! x

Hi Kellymac! I’m getting 310’s done and am hoping for a full c. I’m quite a petite build (6/ do if the surgeon says the 340 are better for ur frame is trust him! Like the others hav said he’s had lots of experience! Good luck with ur decision x

I was a 34A and had 410’s and I’m now a 32E/F so u can have a look at my pics if u want hun. I was a small 34A but my boobs were kinda pointyish to start but its up u if u wanna add me for a guide x x x

I would definitely go for the 340 hun. The surgeon knows best, so trust him. You will more than likely regret not listening to him, and let’s face it- 4k is a helluva lot of money to spend for you not to be happy at the end of it! xx

Defo listen to surgeon and defo dnt pay any attention to trying them on in a sports bra lol..put 40mla of water into a jug and thata the equivalent to the extra 40cc its pratically nothing!so try not to freak out bout sizes too much coz theres really not alot init..i was 32a and choosing between 345 and 365 and we went for 365.surgeon said coz we we were going under muacle it doesnt hurt to go a bit biggr..i was so worried i was going to wake up like dolly parton coz im quite petite but they really dnt look big atal..anx thats with the swelling!i think once swelling goes i’ll be lucky go achieve a D but im happy bout that..hubby mayb not tho he thinks ther too small lol!xx

Hi, I’m 1 week 1 day PO after having Mr Kazzazi. I would say trust what he says, he really is the expert and can invisage what you will look like already…. He has done this so many time!! I was a 32b and had 340 & 410cc as I too have a bent spine that has resulted in one protruding chest bone one my left boob and an inverted chest bone on my right…. I didn’t know any of this before seeing mr k! Having two different size implants scared me at first, but I know I have to trust him! Good luck Hun! Xx

Thanks yeah he did seem very confident with his advice like. A full C cup just seems sooooo huge to me! But I guess yeah, 4 grand is a lot of money to hardly notice the difference xxx

Hello, I had 300’s with Mr K yesterday, I know its waaay too early to tell but pleased I went with that choice. He also gave me the option of 300s or 340s and although after reading on here most girls say go with the biggest option I really didnt want to look too big, I was also a 34A and have a really small frame. However he is an expert and if he’s recommended 340s over 300s Id probably follow his advice hun. Good Luck, its honestly not half as scary as you expect it to be!! xx

Kelly read ur own thread hun! and the anser is just odvious u dont want 4grand cones do u hun? I was a 32A and im now a FF\G at first i was like OMG they are massive! but u will grow use to them rapidly Listen to ur surgeon hun theres around 150cc in a Cup size its not goin to make a vast diffrents to actual size just the all important shape x x
