Size I'm confused

Hey girls I’m really confused I have my initial consultation on Friday and have done so much research but still confused about one thing (size) I am size 10 however 34aaaaaaaaa it is posible to go from so small to a DD, I don’t want to be smaller as I think going to DD would suit my frame and as I’m doing it I want to do it right the first time. Would be disappointed if the surgeon said it wasn’t possible.

i think it depends on skin youve got. if your tiny i think they go under the muscle. i dont c y u coudnt get that big. they measure all skin. xx
