size suggestions and prices

Hi, I am booked in for my first consultation.
I am currently a size 34b (not full at all as I have breast fed) and I am thinking about going up to a d or a dd does anyone have any sizing suggestions or advise. I still want them to look natural but full and obviously bigger but I still want to be taken seriously.

also can anyone let me know about what size they got and how much it cost also if anyone payed for theirs on finance?
