Sizers at surgeon consultation

Hi ladies

Just a quick question when I tried the sizers on with my surgeon and now that I have chosen the size I would like to go, is this a true way of showing if they will look like this and the size after surgery, I just want to make sure, so advice would be great xxxx thank you
