sizes??

hi all, can someone please explain to me the sizes, 330s 400s… ect. how do they compair to normal sizes? whats the differece between overs and unders?. want to know a bit for my first consultation. or is that not a good idea?, is it best to just wait to see what they say??. thanks. xxx

Hi darl, no its good to go armed with as much info as u can then u have an idea of what kinda ?,s to ask ur surgeon..the sizes are the cc,s (weight/volume) of the implant. As a rough guide they say that 150cc,s is about equivalent to 1 cup size, so if u have 300cc,s ule prob go up roughly 2 cup sizes..unders are placed under the muscle and have been told the recovery,s slightly longer as uve had ur muscle cut, but also heard they have more advantages than overs (a more natural look, less chance of sagging, and capsular contracture etc)..overs are placed over the muscle and usualy recommended if u have plenty of breast tissue to start with(they also have their advantages tho)..hope that helps a bit hun, i found that researching lot of ur ?,s on the net b4 u see ur surgeon helps x

it is hard to compare the sizes 300cc 300cc e.t.c to normal bra cup sizes because breast implants are not bassed on size in any way so it would all be bassed on what size you inform the surgeon that you want and then bassed on your current stature and size they will then suggest the CC (size of implant to achieve what you want.

Overs basically means they put the implant over the muscle and fat in the breast my surgeon said overs do tend to give more of a un-natural look ending with a more fake appearence. Unders means they put the implant under the muscle and fat in the breast giving a more natural and plump look not in your face look lol

p.s i had my operation 3 and a half weeks ago i was a size 36c/d and i had 410cc unders and i have not finished healing yet and i am measured at a 36E now so everyone is different i only got told i would end up a 36 DD lol

i am a 34 aa so does that mean i would be better with unders?. i want a nice natural full c cup. would like to go bigger but im only 5ft 3 and size 8. xx

@ patsy how much longer does it take to heal with unders?. the only thing that worries me is the healing after and the no lifting. i have 4 kids, 3 under 5 and going weeks without picking them up is going to be so hard.

Hi maymay, I guess you will have unders – am same size and was told to have unders.

I havent had my BA yet but am booked in for end of November – I had the same question cos I have a son of 10 months and I was told you are not allowed to lift anything for at least 6 weeks. So it might be best to get some help for that time. And then again some heal faster than others and I read on here that some picked up their kids after a week but i wouldnt really wanna risk it. Im currently 32A & booked in for 300 overs on 15th oct been told by surgeon should be c/d cup.

He told me overs will give a better cleavage, overs hal quicker & r less painful & he has promised me natural looking -> I’ve spoken to a few girls on here & sofem who had overs, they’ve shown me there pictures they look amazing!!

So lets hope hes right!! Will find out after next week I suppose.
