Skin fold, stitch???

Hi everyone, I had my op almost 4 weeks ago and recovery is going well and according to my nurse incisions are healing great! However I’m a bit concerned about that skin fold, I know it sounds silly, but I don’t know if it’s normal, I certainly don’t have it on my other breast. 🙁 when I was at my consultation last time I didn’t want to look at my scars and I didnt know about it, so I didn’t ask the nurse.

Has anyone had it too? How does it heal, does the skin stay folded like this forever? Ta x
