    Hi girlies.
I had my ba op 3rd Apr. in Manchester. I slept well when I was in the hospital. But when I got home yesterday, it’s terrible.
Is there anybody who can help me?
How do you make yourself comfortable when you sleep?

    Thanks a lot!!!

Hey sweet, had my ba yesterday and was a daycase so was back in my own bed last night and to be honest I actually slept quite well! I had 3 normal pillows all up right and then my v pillow on top and was very comfie, if u push ur bum as close to pillows as possible so your practically sitting up right and then jus rest your head on v pillow. It works for me so maybe try that hun. Good luck and happy healing. X x x

Ive sleept quite well too which im really suprised at i agree with luckylee i use 3 normal pillows but i put my v-pillow down to the bottom so it supports my lower back and arms still wake up stiff which is expected but have sleept all night from 11pm till 6.20 which i dont think is to bad considering
Good luck hun and happy healing.

I live alone. Sometimes it’s very hard to do everything by myself..
