sleep?

When did u all start sleeping on your side etc xx

Last night lol. I’m 8days po and I cracked during the night. The bangers were fine in the morning luckily xx

I had my one week check today and the nurse told me I could start sleeping flat now. I said what if I roll onto my side cos I know I will in my sleep and she said it won’t do me any harm xx

man im 5wks po now, n wen i try sleepin on my side its so uncomfortable n still hurts abit.just want a decent sleep lol.xx

its whnever feels comfortable for you. i slept on my side about 2 weeks post op. everyone is different x

sparkle use your V pillow and put it under whichever boob side u r lying on i found that helped x
