Sleep

Hey ladies,
Just wondering when PO we can sleep on our backs? I’m 3 days PO. Xx

1 week then about 4 weeks for me I could sleep on my side and 10 weeks on my front but it’s what ever feels comfortable

I asked my nurse and she said its best to wait 6 weeks as the implant won’t have fully scarred in to place in the pockets yet so there is still a chance you could shift it. I know its horrible and I’m feeling your pain right now but Its not worth the risk hun xxx

I’ve found it so hard to sleep also, keep slipping down no matter how much I pad myself up. Just can’t sleep sat up, so I’ve had to settle for an angle and hope for the best x

I got told I can sleep on my back now (had strapping off yesterday) but felt uncomfortable so I’m still sleeping at an angle xx

Thank girls. I slept in bed instead of on the sofa last night for the first time since my op. Although I was sitting up still it was the worst nights sleep I’ve had. Back to the sofa for me tonight! 🙁 xx
