I’ll be 5 weeks post op on Monday and I keep waking up on my side!! My boyfriend even woke me up this morning as I had rolled onto my front!! I keep padding myself out with pillows to try and stop me from rolling but I just boot them out the way in my sleep ?!! When did everyone start sleeping on their side?! Xx

Me too @ only two weeks. However, the uncomfortable feeling sometimes wakes me and i go back to my almost sitting position.

How long are you supposed to sleep upright for? Can you go to sleeping on your back at some point? X

I asked my surgeon about this sleeping upright business , he said no! Just as long as you are propped up! You don’t have to be dead sat up if that makes sense. I have slept with 2 pillows and my v pillow on top! Have been fine! Still waking up with morning boob but the pain of it doesn’t wake me up in the night anymore I’m 13 days post op! Xx

Hi ladies! I’m 14 days po and I can start to feel my body wanting to roll on to my side but my girls are still really tender to touch, is this normal? I know people heal at different times but generally when does the tenderness seem to wear off? Xxx
