Hi so I’m 1 and a half weeks post op and I have been fine sleeping on my side but this morning I woke up on my front I haven’t had any pain …. could I of damaged them and will they get relented if it happens again xx
Babe, my nurse has said stay upright and on your back for as long as possible, I’m a side sleeper and really struggle to get comfortable in any other position but she said for a rough 2 weeks sleep its worth having even boobs! Call your nurse see what she says
