sleeping

i had my 7 day post op check today and the nurse said i can reduce my pillows, ive been sleeping upright with three pillows and a v pillow and so uncomfortable and not sleeping and im soooo tired so tonight im just going to go with the three pillows, no v do you think thats ok? im off to bed in a minute so hope some of you are on here to tell me wat u think else ill be sleeping with the pillows and tomorrow ill log on and someone will say to still sleep upright and ill panic cause i didnt lol xxx

hi, on my 7day check up i was told i didn’t need to sleep upright anymore and i could sleep as i used to before, just not on my side. i slept with 2 pillows from that day like normal (to me anyway). i’m 4 weeks post op now and back sleeping on my side (not on my front tho). You’ll be fine hun x x
