sleeping?

just wondering when you can start sleepin normally, lieing down? really takin its toll on my back sleeping upright now! xx

im day 4 now and getting more and more flat funny thing is i go proped up and end up quite low down by time wake..

surprised im even sleeping to be honest but get sooo tired at mo..

the stiffness wen wake is getting easier just the swelling pain xx

yeh im the same in the morn, wake up nearly lieing down so mite aswell go sleep like that haha. im 10 days now so im thinkin its ok to xx

hey girls im day2 now, and managing to sleep ok, waking up more often to move up the bed again, got so many pillows its a joke! V pillow is a god send tho!!! do you no when we can sleep on our side? x

im day 4 was hoping to be feeling ok now especially with overs but still finding everything difficult..just got my b friend to give me a bath what a nightmare that was..ok while in there not so much fun getting out!!!

my left boob is swollen and has been since op gets right on my nerves as just wont settle and everytime i do anything a lil to much it blows up again!!

when i put my arm to side is bulging out also higher at top..right 1 is fine..xx

CB honestly try and not get worked up about it, you are only 4days post op things dont settle for around 2weeks, you are doing everything you can, just rest! take you tablets regularly, ice packs when tou can, no upper arm movement, no carring anything heavy! If pain the same after 10days and swelling not settled at all, make an appointment to see you nurse… take photos every day and look atthem around 10days and see if any different…….x

im not sure when we can sleep on side hope it soon!!! im goingto ask nurse on tues when i see her. and CB i really wouldnt worry about it im sure its normal, the tightness and stuff is just about going for me now at 10days. but if you really are worried contact ur nurse xx
